Failed Payments & Account Pausing

Overview

If a subscription payment fails, Sellhalla may temporarily pause access to protect your account and billing status.


Why Payments Fail

  • Expired card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank declined transaction

What Happens Next

  • You’ll receive a notification
  • Access may be temporarily limited
  • Billing will retry automatically

How to Restore Access

  1. Go to Billing → Subscription
  2. Update your payment method
  3. Confirm payment

Access is restored once payment succeeds.
