Canceling or Pausing Your Subscription
Overview
You’re free to cancel your Sellhalla subscription at any time.
How to Cancel
- Go to Billing → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Access remains active until the end of your billing period
- Your store is not deleted immediately
- Re-subscribing later may affect promotional pricing
Pausing vs Canceling
If pausing is available on your plan:
- Pausing temporarily disables billing
- Access may be limited during the pause
