Overview
Stripe must be fully connected and verified for payments to process correctly.
Common Causes
- Stripe account not fully verified
- Bank account not added
- Stripe still in test mode
How to Fix
- Log in to Stripe directly
- Complete all required verification steps
- Confirm your account is live
- Reconnect Stripe inside Sellhalla
Important Note
Sellhalla cannot bypass Stripe’s verification requirements.
