Stripe Connection Problems

Overview

Stripe must be fully connected and verified for payments to process correctly.


Common Causes

  • Stripe account not fully verified
  • Bank account not added
  • Stripe still in test mode

How to Fix

  1. Log in to Stripe directly
  2. Complete all required verification steps
  3. Confirm your account is live
  4. Reconnect Stripe inside Sellhalla

Important Note

Sellhalla cannot bypass Stripe’s verification requirements.
